Installing our Screenconnect Remote control tool on Windows PC’s is pretty easy. When you enter the code we give you it downloads a file to the browser that you will need to open and run. That will allow us to connect to help you

The MACs are a little more complicated, due to the Apple Security, so we added this link to the step by step instructions from the vendor.
