In 2003 we registered the DBA BossHelp Technical Consultants. BossHelp is staffed by Doug Boss. Doug started working with computers while pursuing a Computer Science degree in the early 80's. His PC computer career started in 1992. He started his career as contract support for the Microsoft Network, back in the Windows 3.1 and 9600 baud modem days. Since then his career took him to i2 Technologies, where he filled a number of roles including being responsible for Exchange email support, Blackberry support, infrastructure support, executive support, network security, help desk manager and other tasks from 1998 to its sale in 2010. We have extensive experience with installing small networks, Wireless networks and home networks.
